The SPW method
01Assess
We clarify the objective, stakeholders, facts, constraints and non-negotiables. We ask the questions that are easy to skip — what must be true for this to work, what cannot be compromised, who actually decides — and collect the evidence behind the answers. The output is an initial problem definition and a precise evidence request, not a premature solution: at this stage, discipline matters more than speed.
02Design
We convert the brief into a coordinated route: structure options, workstreams, dependencies, risk points, decision gates, budget and timetable. Alternatives are compared side by side, with their legal, tax and operational implications made explicit, so the chosen path is a conscious decision — not an accident of whoever was consulted first.
03Assemble
We select and onboard the independent professionals and local providers the mandate requires, with clear scopes and interfaces. Every specialist knows what they own, what they receive from others and by when, and how their advice feeds the overall decision calendar. The result is a team, not a collection of parallel opinions.
04Execute
We drive the workplan, coordinate information, monitor requests, prepare decisions and keep the team aligned as facts evolve. Progress is visible, issues surface early and nothing sits waiting in an inbox: in a cross-border project, momentum is a deliverable in its own right.
05Operate
After launch, closing or arrival, we help stabilise the new reality and provide continuity for recurring responsibilities and further projects. The relationship does not end at the signature: annual obligations, provider management and the next opportunity all keep one accountable owner in Italy.
