Residence by investment
The Italy Investor Visa, properly coordinated.
For non-EU nationals, Italy’s Investor Visa (often called the Golden Visa) offers a two-year renewable residence permit — with no minimum stay requirement — against one qualifying investment: €250,000 in an innovative start-up, €500,000 in an Italian limited company, €1 million in a philanthropic initiative, or €2 million in government bonds. We coordinate the entire path with specialised immigration lawyers and tax advisers: choice of the qualifying investment, the nulla osta application, visa issuance, relocation and renewals — alongside the analysis of Italy’s favourable tax regimes for new residents, so that the residence decision and the tax decision are designed together, not discovered separately.

Can everything be coordinated remotely?
